Job Description:

  • Plans, monitors and manages internal projects from initiation through completion
  • Leads or coordinates project planning, resourcing, staffing, supply and subcontract management, progress reporting, troubleshooting and people management
  • Ensures project results meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule and cost
  • Develop/enhance processes based on advancing technologies/changing business nees
  • Monitors performance and recommends changes, cost adjustments or resource additions Recommended Skills:
  • Functional Knowledge: Has working knowledge of basic concepts and procedures; performs a variety of routine tasks or assignments
  • Business Expertise: Understands key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work
  • Thought/Leadership: May train/coach new team members and provide input to employee performance evaluations and provide guidance on measures of success
  • Problem Solving: Uses existing procedures to solve routine or standard problems Impact: Works with a moderate level of guidance
