Summary:The VP & COO Enterprise Imaging will lead the global
customer support and implementation services for the Enterprise
Imaging business. The role requires a strong background in
transformation to support the Cloud SaaS transformation of the
business over the next 5-10 years.Design, implement, and manage
business operations to deliver and optimize revenue and earnings
forecast accuracy and performance. Constantly monitor financial,
customer, and employee performance, refine processes, and align
resources for the customers' ultimate success and business
performance.Work jointly with functional leaders and key
stakeholders to ensure market and customer needs are met while also
achieving operational excellence.Core Responsibilities:--- Revenue
(50%): Align Global Project Management, Technical Engineering,
Hardware production, and Solution Consulting resources to ensure
efficient delivery of Enterprise software customer projects to
achieve Revenue and AEBITDA objectives. Look for innovative ways to
improve productivity and flexibility of operations. Align
Contracting, Billing, Logistics, and business operations resources
to enable and optimize revenue delivery, forecast accuracy, and AR
collection. Utilize S&OP (sales & operating plan) to coordinate
all functions from booking through delivery to invoicing and
revenue recognition.--- Support (10%): Manage customer support
operations for technical triage and resolution of customer issues
include. Manage International Operations for services & support
through a mix of direct employees and indirect channel partners in
UK, Ireland, Australia, Germany, France, and Saudi Arabia.
Responsible for delivery and commercial aspects of the business.---
Maintenance (20%): Responsible for the $220M+ global Maintenance
Revenue stream with respect to Maintenance contract forecasting,
product management, Asset management, invoicing, and price
negotiations for renewals. Also responsible for managing and
continuous improvement of the attrition and compression forecasting
process to mitigate maintenance revenue leakage.--- Lead Enterprise
Imaging Manilla Operations team (10%) Manage the Manila Operations
team as an offshore facility to gain labor advantage over higher
labor cost markets in North America and UK/IRE. The center is made
up of a mix of functions including, contracting, purchasing,
production, services, and support.Lead SaaS Operations
Transformation and associated work (10%)Requirements:--- BS
Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration or
equivalent experience, MBA preferred.--- 10 or more years'
operational leadership experience in a support or services
organization, preferably in Healthcare IT--- 5+ Years working in a
regulated environment is preferred--- 5+ years working in a global
organization, across countries--- Communication Complexities:
Articulate analysis of customer attrition and compression drivers
which would impact financials over time and make recommendations on
future course of action, impacting pricing and contracting.---
Analysis: Demand/Capacity management to ensure the right type of
resources are matching the customer demand to achieve revenue and
cost objectives. Find methods to decrease maintenance attrition and
compression through internal influence and building value with
customers --- Customer and project profitability analysis to ensure
achievement of financial targets and productivity improvement.---
Innovation: Continuous innovation to gain productivity,
flexibility, and cost advantage of operations. Integration and
onboarding of new products, including potential retooling of
operations. Creation of new service offerings for operational,
transformational, and professional services--- Decision Making:
Staffing levels, which once plan is approved, are managed at this
level. This directly impacts ability to deliver work and earnings
targets. Contract pricing negotiations up to the assigned approval
level to ensure financial and customer satisfaction levels are
achieved Final authority on resource allocations across products,
functions, and geographies to align capacity to demand.Preferred
Qualifications:--- Ability to manage global teams and work across
multiple constituents to develop, communicate, and support the
company's short-term and long-term business objectives--- Ability
and experience scaling a business and leading a transformation to
SaaS and cloud product support and service--- Experience in
healthcare IT and/or IT services industry, including experience
managing the customer lifecycles and experience managing operations
in a global business--- Exceptional business acumen and solid
financial skills. A demonstrated track record of acting as an
innovative thought leader and business partner to the leadership
team.--- Understands and utilizes workforce analytics. Continuously
establishes clear goals and uses data and metrics to achieve
best-in-class results and business goals. Strong track record of
leading, managing and improving people and processes.--- Strategic
thinking: capable of providing clear, balanced advice/counsel on a
broad range of strategic, product and go to market issues.---
Leading people through change: ability to manage a team, recruit
and retain top talent, build consensus, and rally members to
achieve results. Ability to gain insights through relationships
with front-line and mid-level personnel.--- Collaborating and
influencing: effectively builds strong relationships and
partnerships within and outside of the company. Able to effectively
navigate within a matrixed corporate structure.--- Ability to
communicate effectively at all levels of the organization with an
open, honest and direct communication style that establishes an
empathetic and effective relationship with front-line and midlevel
personnel.--- Ability to work in a heavily regulated

customer sites and company meetings or related conferences,

listed below. Pay is based on several factors including but not
limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In
