Job Description:
ROLE DESCRIPTIONResponsible for managing and driving projects
and initiatives, delivering success program management throughout
the S&P organization. Leads complex and potentially
confidential projects.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with S&P team members to deliver on strategic
initiatives impacting the S&P organization, managing project
plans, risk and stakeholder analysis.
- Drive continuous improvement and standardization across S&P
project portfolios
- Serve as liaison for corporate communications and change
management leads as applicable
- Owns delivery of scorecard metrics by working closely with the
Data & Analytics team (including NPS, average contract lifecycle
time, supplier diversity policy adherence, etc---
- Develop and maintain relationships with senior leaders and
stakeholder groups at McKesson Business Units and be an advocate
for S&P with the business
- Act as escalation point for projects.
- Act as mediator to provide resolutions in a timely mannerKEY

- 3 - 5 years project management experience leading a variety of
projects (size, complexity, etc)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS
Project, SmartSheet)SUCCESS MEASUREMENTS:
- Successful project delivery (within timeframe /scope /
budget)
- Excellent customer satisfaction results
(internal/external)
- NPS target achieved
- 10 - 25 % travel required to practices and internal
meetings.
