Job Description:
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with leadership to develop, communicate, and execute a
holistic people strategy that aligns with StimLabs' culture and
people-centric values
- Drive implementation and adoption of key people analytics to
support thoughtful, data-driven people decisions throughout the
entire employee lifecycle
- Contribute to organization design, processes, and solutions to
support StimLabs' rapid growth and hybrid work culture; foster
collaboration across departments of varying organizational
structures and work environments, building the overall capability
of the organization
- Provide support to leadership team on people & culture matters,
including hiring and onboarding, performance management,
investigations, and employee relations.
- Oversee the development and implementation of competitive
compensation, perks & benefits, performance appraisal, and employee
incentive programs in collaboration with leadership
- Partner with the recruiting team and hiring managers on
refining talent acquisition strategies and processes that empower
our organization to attract top talent, as well as matters related
to internal growth and movement opportunities
- Develop people & culture programs and materials for all teams
and levels across the organization that foster employee growth,
engagement, and performance, including manager training and L&D
programsREQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & QUALIFICATION
- 10+ years of people/HR experience in positions of increasing
responsibility
- 4+ years of startup experience or experience with a rapidly
growing organization
- Experience working closely with senior leadership across
several functions
- Deep knowledge of best practices in core talent/HR domains:
DEI, learning & development, performance management, talent
acquisition, and remote culture
- Experience developing P&C systems and processes that
support a performance driven culture
- A track record of accomplishment and measurable business impact
in a fast-paced, complex, and dynamic business environment
- Solid understanding of corporate and legal guidelines relevant
to conflict resolution, investigations, and corrective actions
- Demonstrates critical thinking, business acumen, innovation,
and flexibility in ever-changing and often ambiguous
situations
- Accountability for achievement- sets high standards, delivers
promised results, and makes timely decisions with sound
judgment
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills;
ability to relate to, influence, and coach employees of all levels
within the organization
- Ability to meet challenging goals and timelines, and quickly
adapts plans when data or actions require it
- Highly effective at juggling multiple tasks and priorities
- Able to work strategically, but equally able to dive into the
details when necessaryEDUCATION/CERTIFICATION
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Organizational
Development required. Master's degree desired. SHRM-SCP or SHRM-CP,
or HRCI preferred
