the Future! About this Position: The Sr. District Sales Manager is
responsible for achieving the sales goals and initiatives for the
PS&P division, Power Equipment business segment, in the
assigned territory. This position serves the Southeast area.
Candidate will be required to attend and work occasional weekend
events in district and outside of the district as required.
Extensive travel and the possibility of future relocation.
Responsibilities include:
- Achieve wholesale and retail sales objectives as assigned by
company leadership.
- Monitor sales, marketing, and competitive conditions in the
district.
- Identify new sales opportunities and untapped markets,
interview dealer applicants and assist dealers in attaining short
and long-term sales, profitability, and market share goals. Who we
are seeking: Required Work Experience:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in retail/sales, as well as a
demonstrated history of achieving and exceeding sales
objectives.
- Proficiency in all MS Office products.
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships
using strong written/oral communications skills.
- A high understanding of Outdoor Power Equipment products.
- Knowledge of dealership operations with marketing, advertising
and merchandising. Required Education:
- BA/BS degree in Business or equivalent work-related experience.
