Your role at Clorox:
The Manager of the Demand Planning Team is in charge of a team of
Senior Demand Planners who are accountable for forecasting for a
particular business unit. Additionally, they oversee and facilitate
the monthly S&OP process and coordinate the monthly forecasting
and quarterly budget activities. Furthermore, they are responsible
for developing, maintaining, and resolving issues with the reports
and tools employed by their team.
In this role, you will:
Continuously improve forecasts through evaluation of promotional
activity, inventory changes, consumptions trends, category trends,
media and advertising plans or extended service level impacts
Develop, maintain and troubleshoot reporting tools in PowerBi,
Excel, Power Query, SAP, Alytrex, and Crystal
Facilitate and lead S&OP meetings by influencing business
partners to drive accurate demand forecast on a broad mix of
products.
Prepare, monitor and publish forecast KPI's (Forecast Accuracy,
Bias, etc) on a monthly basis while taking corrective actions as
necessary
Change Management: Guide team through personal or business
transitions
What we look for:
7+ years of work experience within Demand Planning or similar
customer facing role
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
Demand Planning experience with S&OP/IBP, Advanced PowerBi and
technical skills, proven strong aptitude in analysis, root causes
identification, and problem solving, Outstanding communicator and
influencer
Experience using Sophisticated Planning software tools
Consumer Packaged Goods experience
Experienced in setting priorities and meeting deadlines in a
fast-paced environment
Ability to build strong relationships across the functions and
levels
Able to analyze data, draw reasonable conclusions, and formulate
next steps
Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations

the applicable range. Your starting pay will depend on job-related

location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is
based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones
according to the cost of labor in your area.
-Zone A: $101,100 - $194,200
-Zone B: $92,700 - $178,000
-Zone C: $84,300 - $161,800

This job is also eligible for participation in Clorox's incentive
plans, subject to the terms of the applicable plan documents and
policies.
