Job Description:
A company is looking for a Product Manager, IAM.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and refine the product strategy for identity and access
management solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive IAM initiatives
and create a long-term roadmap
Establish and monitor KPIs, implement improvements based on user
feedback, and stay current with industry trends
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,
Business, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with at
least 3 years focused on identity and access management
Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including SSO, MFA, RBAC, and
identity governance
Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver
complex technical projects
Experience with cloud-based IAM solutions and familiarity with
relevant standards and protocols is highly desirable
