Key Responsibilities:
Own and drive P&L performance, managing costs and revenue
optimization
Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to meet
customer and market demands
Drive cross-functional alignment and execution, ensuring seamless
collaboration between teams
Qualifications:
15+ years of experience in operations and/or human capital
management
Demonstrated success in scaling high-growth businesses and driving
P&L performance
Track record of leading complex, global teams in fast-paced
organizations
Deep understanding of customer needs and ability to translate
insights into strategies
Experience in a high-growth technology company or startup
environment is preferred
