Job Description:
A company is looking for a Bilingual Pediatric Care Manager -
Spanish or Mandarin/Cantonese.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage pediatric medical and behavioral care for members
and their beneficiaries
Develop member-centric care plans through collaboration with
families and health care teams
Document encounters and assessments, advocate for care alignment,
and educate beneficiaries on available services
Required Qualifications
NYS RN or LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, or licensed psychologist
(any state)
1 year of pediatric clinical field experience, including work with
families and child-serving systems
Proficient in navigating electronic documentation systems
Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders for appropriate
care
Strong interpersonal and assessment skills, particularly with
children and families
