held companies ten times.POSITION OVERVIEWWe are seeking a dynamic
and results-driven Account Manager to join our team and contribute
to the growth and success of our three premier home d--cor brands:
Surya, Global Views, and Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams. The ideal
candidate will be responsible for building and nurturing strong
relationships with customers in their assigned book of business,
helping them uncover and solve deeper challenges within their
organizations. You will play a crucial role in driving sales,
expanding market presence, and maintaining customer loyalty,
particularly with key accounts.RESPONSIBILITIES - Create and
strengthen relationships with customers in your assigned book by
helping them uncover/solve deeper challenges within their business
- Sell across all categories for all three of our brands - Surya,
Global Views & Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams - Make assigned number
of outbound calls per day to assigned book of business as well as
conduct quarterly webinars - Prospect and open new accounts across
all three brands - Be the organizer of the process of growing
revenue and maintaining customer loyalty, especially with key
accounts - Maintain all customer activity in Salesforce - Attend
trade shows to connect with new and existing customers
REQUIREMENTS - Bachelor's degree - Account Management experience -
Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills - Excellent
relationship-building, communication and presentation skills -
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer
needs - Ability to maintain stated KPI's specific to the Account
Manager Role - Passionate about home d--cor brands - Proficient in
MS Office suite; experience with Salesforce a plus - Ability and
willingness to travel to quarterly markets - This position is
full-time, in-office (M-F)
