Reporting to our SVP, B2B Business Development, you will support the team in driving B2B revenue growth, with a key focus on partner recruitment.As a senior member of the sales organization, you will have the opportunity to significantly increase the number of B2B partners using the Nuvei payments platform and drive top-line growth across the enterprise. This role involves working closely with solution architects to ensure timely implementation and launch of solutions. The Vice President of B2B Business Development will manage strategy, solutioning, and the acquisition of new partners in targeted verticals. You will be responsible for prospecting and signing new partners daily. The ideal candidate is a proven collaborator across multiple stakeholders with strong leadership and software solutioning skills.   • 7+ years of relevant experience in software and/or payments sales leadership
  • Experience building and scaling a high-performance sales team
  • Expertise in driving business through the partner ecosystem
  • Ability to deliver against partner growth plans
  • Pipeline management, deal sourcing, and closing skills
  • Ability to partner with Product and Solution Consultants to define value propositions and create solutions aligned with customer use cases
  • Collaborate with the Partner Management team to initiate partnerships and define success criteria
  • Solid understanding of the payments ecosystem
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% for meetings, events, and supporting sales efforts
