Accelecom is currently seeking a high-energy professional to drive Product Management & Product Marketing.Accelecom is a leading provider of next-generation fiber solutions across the Southeastern United States, delivering high-speed network, internet, voice, and managed services solutions to Wholesale, Public Sector, and Enterprise Customers across the region. With its extensive fiber network and commitment to bridging the digital divide, Accelecom enables organizations to accelerate innovation, leverage emerging technologies, and enhance digital transformation.Accelecom targets and works closely with the Healthcare, Education (K-12, Private Universities, Public Universities), Government (State, County & Local/Muni), Financial (National & Regional Banks & Credit Unions), Manufacturing, Transportation & Logistics verticals, and the broader Wholesale Ecosystem (Resellers, ISPs, Carriers, Cable Operators, Wireless Operators, Satellite Operators, Data Center Operators) supporting these verticals.The successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual with a background in Telecom Product Management & Product Marketing. Candidates must have knowledge of Transport, Data, Voice, IP, and Managed Services technologies; demonstrated leadership in developing new telecommunications products; and an understanding of company business models, distribution channels, target markets, and technology. This position will involve extensive collaboration with Vendors, Indirect Partners, and Internal cross-functional teams.This position is based in our Atlanta office. Relocation assistance is not provided. Full-time telecommuting is not supported.Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain product P&L, including unit cost, margin contribution, and market-facing pricing.
• Develop and track the competitive landscape, including products offered, rack prices, and marketing strategies.
• Track and drive the sales funnel at a product level to improve win rates and meet revenue goals.
• Lead financial and business modeling for existing products and new revenue opportunities; analyze market intelligence.
• Develop and maintain product collateral.
• Spearhead industry-specific sales and product campaigns.
• Evaluate emerging technology trends across market sectors.
• Analyze existing processes to understand their impact on end customers and develop new approaches.Additional Responsibilities:
• Research customer behavior and translate insights into product requirements.
• Dive deep into technical considerations as needed.
• Create and own product requirements from concept through delivery.
• Coordinate product launches, feature enhancements, operational integration, and migration strategies.
• Lead product management, development, and deployment activities to maximize value, including new products.Partner Collaboration and Strategy:
• Partner with engineering, sales, service delivery, and service assurance teams for process creation and go-to-market plans.
• Execute service and pricing strategies.Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of experience as a Product Manager.
• Experience with Ethernet and Telecom products.
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with multiple teams.
• Experience managing projects in the Telecom Service Provider space.
• Understanding of IP/MPLS, VPLS, EVPN, and MEF Layer services.
• Knowledge of UCaaS & SD-WAN technologies.
• Understanding of Data Center designs and services.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience in technology program management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to multitask and meet timelines.Valued but Not Required Skills:
  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Tableau, and ZoomInfo.
