Digital Enterprise Operations Manager + Alpharetta, Georgia + Strategy + ****** Digital Industries Share Job **Job Description** **Organization:** Digital Industries **Business Unit:** Customer Services **Requisition Number:** ****** **Primary Location:** United States-Georgia-Alpharetta **Assignment Category:** Full-time regular **Experience Level:** Senior level **Education Required Level:** Bachelor's Degree **Travel Required:** 25% **Job Description:** **Position Overview** This is a key role focused on providing operational strategies, processes, systems and financial reports supporting the startup CS Digital Enterprise and Digital Services (DE & DS) business segment. Additionally, this role will provide strategic support, portfolio governance and end to end process guidance for the CS Business Unit. **Responsibilities:** + Determine, implement and maintain execution model and structure for the consulting, regional projects and digital services offerings. + Define and implement processes/systems and best practices for successful delivery of the DE & DS offerings. + Establish KPIs and associated reporting to provide transparency of business performance. + Assist with staffing strategy and recruitment plans. Maintain transparency of needed skills to support the ongoing business growth. + Collaborate with the various Business Units, Segments, Sales organizations and HQ functions to establish best practice execution processes and partners. + Establish and maintain Service Level Agreements with identified internal and external partners. + Review and provide input on customer contracts + Provide regular financial reporting packages, which includes; orders/revenue/profit, headcount, and forecast. + Guide the portfolio/offering adaptation for the US market and provide input on pricing + Provide Business Unit strategy coordination aligning business, functional and process strategies. + Define, update and manage key end-to-end processes; e.g. PLM/Offering management. **Required Knowledge/Skills, Education and Experience:** + 10+ years experience creating, implementing and improving service business functions, processes and systems. + Knowledge of SAP and general IT-related processes + Prior experience with financial controlling and reporting + Understanding of the service/product development life cycle and launch starting from business case to delivery + Excellent analytical and conceptional skills with an entrepreneurial mindset + Experienced team leader with proven problem-solving experience and process focus, and a reputation as a leader of change. + Excellent presentation skills with solid verbal and written communication abilities. + Experienced influencer/negotiator with team members, peers, management and executives. + Strong collaboration skills, works well with ambiguity, and has proven capability managing across multiple units. + Proven effective utilization of Six-Sigma and other Continuous Improvement methods and a history of driving process improvements. Six Sigma/Lean Certification is strongly preferred. + Prior consulting experience is a plus. + Education: BS/BA in Engineering or related Technology field. **Siemens Digital Industries (DI)** is an innovation leader in automation and digitalization.
