??Job Position Purpose / SummaryThis position is responsible for
conducting analytics, for project leadership and supply chain
support specific to the successful execution of Avanos Medical
projects supporting the Medical Devices business. Coordinators
gather data, analyze, generate and execute plans to resolve supply
chain disruptions that extend beyond a single location, functional
team or region. ??
Job Position ScopeThis position requires the incumbent to
communicate clearly and openly with project teams, plant
operations, end-to-end planning, demand planning and capacity
planning regarding production plans, DC level deployment decisions
and management of subassembly and raw material components.
Additionally, the incumbent must be comfortable communicating with
external subcontractors to identify supply chain opportunities.
?The incumbent must actively participate in problem solving and
process improvement with plant and staff teams.?
Job Position Accountabilities / Expectations1. Lead tactical and
chartered supply chain projects for the Medical Devices Platform
?2. Identify and solve systemic and complex supply chain issues
(e.g., low manufacturing conformance, high supply chain lead times)
? Lead a large team/task force for a shortterm project to resolve
these issues and put in place effective counter measures 3.
Represent the Supply Chain organization on portfolio project teams
4. Provide strategic input relative to supply chain impacts at the
earliest stages of project planning 4. Demonstrate a commitment to
quality performance through personal example by adopting a
customer-based philosophy in the level of service provided 5.
Actively seek and positively respond to performance and personal

?Qualifications / Education / Experience / Skills RequiredThe
position requires knowledge and ability associated with a
bachelor?s degree in business, engineering or related discipline.
?In most instances, five to eight years of related business
experience is preferred. Ability requirements are to effectively
organize, plan, control, and communicate plans to mill and staff
