Omni Healthcare Services provides in-home health care for medically fragile children aged * *Shift(s): *Monday, Tuesday, Friday- Day Shift (8hr shifts) No Wknds* *Hrs/wk: *24hrs/wk* *Child Needs: *G-Tube Feedings, Incontinent of B/B, requires the use of diapers and chuxs. The LPN provides care in a home setting.*Education, Skills, and Experience Requirements:** Appropriate level of entry degree to practice as a licensed RN/LPN in the State of Georgia* Maintain CPR and First Aid certification, and annual TB screening.* A current license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse in Georgia.* 6 months minimum experience in skilled nursing.*Physical Requirements and Work Environment:** Environment: Work is performed in a home setting with extensive patient contact.
