Job Description:
This RN inpatient/ED position offers a competitive hourly pay
range of $32.61-$49.28, based on licensure, with shift and weekend
differentials of $4.00 and $3.25, respectively, and eligibility for
the Clinical Ladder program.
Sign-On Bonus of $20,000 for RNs with 1+ years of experience, with
a 2-year work commitment for external candidates.
Comprehensive benefits include BCBS Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k
with 5% match, Tuition Reimbursement, generous Time-Off policies,
and a Time Off Frontload Bonus for candidates with 5+ years of
experience.
The role involves providing holistic care, collaborating with
multidisciplinary teams, assessing physical and psychological
health, mentoring team members, and ensuring best practices in a
24/7 hospital setting.
Qualifications include current RN licensure in Illinois or
Michigan, BLS certification, with preferred BSN, healthcare
experience, and basic proficiency in EMR and Microsoft
applications.
