We're Hiring: Functional Medicine Nurse Practitioner Location:
Athens, GA Full-Time | Part-Time | Flexible Schedule Options Pay:
$60-65/hour Are you a compassionate and curious clinician who

Georgia, and help patients reclaim their health through
personalized, holistic care. Your Role As a Functional Medicine
Nurse Practitioner, you’ll work closely with patients to uncover
the underlying causes of chronic conditions and guide them through
transformative healing journeys. You’ll collaborate with a
multidisciplinary team of physicians, nutritionists, and health
coaches to deliver truly integrative care. Key Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive patient assessments and functional lab
reviews Create and manage individualized treatment plans Educate
patients on nutrition, supplements, and lifestyle interventions
Collaborate with a team of integrative health professionals
Maintain accurate documentation in our EMR system Qualifications
Active Nurse Practitioner license in Georgia Certification or
training in Functional Medicine (IFM, A4M, or similar preferred) 2
years of clinical experience (functional/integrative medicine a
plus) Excellent communication and patient education skills Passion
