Job Summary: Seeking an experienced Emergency Room RN to support a system-wide Resource Pool. The nurse will float across multiple campuses, supporting ER, Med-Surg, and Observation units. Evening/night shifts only, no holidays or overtime. Roles and Responsibilities: Deliver direct patient care in emergency settings across various campuses Assess, triage, and stabilize patients with acute and critical conditions Administer medications, treatments, and emergency procedures Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes Document patient assessments, interventions, and responses accurately Provide patient and family education and emotional support Adapt quickly to changing environments and patient acuity Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols Float to Med-Surg and Observation units as needed Participate in shift handoffs and communicate critical patient information Skills: Emergency Room Nursing Triage and trauma care Critical thinking and quick decision-making IV initiation and medication administration EHR proficiency (Epic or similar) Time and stress management Multi-campus float experience Effective communication with diverse healthcare teams Strong organizational skills Ability to manage high patient volumes under pressure Application Process: Please submit your resume to harshit.sharma(at)medcadre.com or Call 949-404-4671.
