Job Summary and Responsibilities CHI Memorial Hospital in
Chattanooga, TN is seeking a Board-Eligible/Board-Certified
Internal Medicine Hospitalist to join our well-established
hospital-employed group. This is an excellent opportunity to
provide comprehensive patient care within a regional healthcare
leader, consistently recognized as the Best Regional Hospital in
Chattanooga by U.S. News & World Report for 11 consecutive years
(and TN's ), and holding a consistent 'A' Hospital Safety Grade
from The Leapfrog Group. About the Opportunity: Schedule: 7 on / 7
off shifts (7am - 7pm), Tuesday to Monday. Physician swing shift
coverage until midnight. Focus: Inpatient care for adults, no Peds,
OB, or Trauma. No codes (Rapid Response Team handles), no
after-hours call. Support: Reasonable census, closed ICUs staffed
by Intensivists. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose, treat, prescribe,
order/interpret tests, and manage discharge planning for
inpatients. Compensation: Competitive Base Salary, Commencement
