Registered Nurse (RN) | Operating Room Location: Atlanta, GA Agency: Revolution Healthcare Services Pay: $3,136 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 26 Weeks Start Date: 4/13/2026 About the Position Job Opportunity – Cardiovascular Operating Room First Assistant – Georgia Start Date: April 13, 2026 (following completion of privileging process, approximately 120 days) Location: Atlanta, Georgia Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: Days; call required 1 day per week and 1 weekend approximately every 4 weeks (subject to departmental needs); weekend shifts only required during call rotation Highlights: Comprehensive cardiovascular surgical experience including CABG, valve replacements, TAVR, LVAD/RVAD, and MAZE procedures Advanced thoracic and vascular cases including aortic aneurysm repair, carotid endarterectomy, and VATS procedures 1:1 patient ratio with Epic charting system preferred Floating within facility and scope of practice to Main OR as needed First-time travelers accepted; comprehensive orientation provided based on assignment length Maximum 7 days approved time off available during contract period Requirements: Current Georgia or Compact state license required at time of application CSFA, NBSTSA, or NCCSA certification (hard requirement) ACLS and BLS certifications current Minimum 5 years of cardiac, vascular, endovascular, and thoracic surgical experience required (3 years may be considered with clinical screening) Heart transplant experience highly preferred Trauma Level I or II experience preferred Two supervisory references from Manager level or above required Must complete privileging process prior to start date (approximately 120-day timeline from contract signature) Full compliance required; ability to submit core credentialing items and complete required labs within 48 hours of contract signature Why It's a Great Opportunity: This position offers exposure to a comprehensive range of advanced cardiovascular, thoracic, and vascular procedures in a supportive environment that values surgical excellence.
