Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: OR - Operating Room - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 02/16/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 10 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse – Operating Room (Travel RN-OR) Facility :Grady Memorial Hospital Location:, Atlanta, GA 30303 Position Overview - Job Title: Registered Nurse – Operating Room (RN-OR) - Department: Operating Room - Contract Length: 13 Weeks - Start Date: 02/16/2026 - Shift:10-Hour Days - Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week - On-Call: No - Local Candidates: Allowed Required Experience Candidates must meet all requirements to be considered: - Previous Travel RN Experience – required - Level I Trauma OR Experience – required - Strong Operating Room skill set - Minimum 2 years of recent OR experience (implied based on facility standard) Required Certifications & Licensure - Active RN License (state or compact) - AHA BLS (required) - Additional OR-related certifications preferred based on specialty focus Key Responsibilities - Provide comprehensive perioperative nursing care in a high-acuity Level I Trauma Operating Room - Scrub and/or circulate for a wide variety of surgical cases - Maintain sterile technique and adhere to strict infection control standards - Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and surgical technologists in a fast-paced environment - Respond effectively to emergent and trauma surgical cases Scheduling & Unit Expectations - No block scheduling - Must be flexible with daily case flow and OR needs - High-volume, high-acuity trauma environment - Strong adaptability and autonomy required About Binding Minds Binding Minds: Healthcare Staffing firm where your talent is valued, and your career has a true partner.
