We offer a robust three-month onboarding program and pair new Physician Assistants with an experienced APP Mentor to ensure a smooth transition and help you grow in your role. Key Responsibilities: See new and follow-up patients, develop treatment plans, and provide excellent patient care. Perform procedures and assist in surgeries at our Ambulatory Surgery Centers —our APPs are leaders in operative skills nationwide. Collaborate with physicians in the clinic and provide comprehensive patient care. Participate in hospital rounds, ensuring continuity of care. Educate and mentor new APPs and other staff members to promote professional development. Time will be spent 80% in Marietta and 20% in Canton . Requirements: Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies or Nursing. Licensure as a Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) in the state of Georgia (or eligibility to obtain).
