Whether it's a competitive athlete returning to their sport, an active adult rehabbing an injury, or a motivated patient working toward long-term strength and mobility, your expertise directly shapes their outcomes. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive evaluations and create individualized treatment plans Deliver evidence-based interventions in both clinic and performance spaces Utilize turf, court, and weight room equipment for functional and sport-specific rehab Collaborate with PTAs, athletic trainers, physicians, and support staff Document accurately and maintain high-quality patient communication Float between C4 Chattanooga and C4 Cleveland therapy locations as needed Minimum Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) BLS (CPR) certification preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Prefer one year of outpatient orthopaedic experience A genuine passion for serving athletes, active adults, and the outpatient orthopaedic population A growth?minded clinician who values lifelong learning, professional development, and staying current with evidence?based practice Ability to travel between both C4 locations About CSMO & C4 The Center for Sports Medicine & Orthopaedics has served the Chattanooga and North Georgia region since 1979, offering industry-leading orthopaedic care, sports medicine, and rehabilitation services across 12 locations.
