Job Description:

is seeking a dedicated Travel Nursing Supervisor RN for its
Atlanta, Georgia operations. This dynamic role requires an
individual passionate about delivering outstanding patient care
while effectively managing nursing staff and resources on various
assignments. As a supervisor, this position entails overseeing the
delivery of patient care, ensuring adherence to compliance

Oversee the nursing staff and manage the staffing requirements of
assigned units. Ensure high standards of patient care and
compliance with healthcare regulations. Coordinate and execute
patient care plans alongside physicians and other healthcare
personnel. Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and
implement developmental opportunities for nursing staff. Maintain
clear and effective communication across multidisciplinary teams to
ensure the highest level of care. Regularly assess unit operations
and implement improvements to workflows to enhance efficiency and
patient outcomes. Provide leadership in stressful situations and
guide the nursing team in handling complex patient cases. Strong
leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a
high-pressure environment. Proficient in the use of healthcare
technology and electronic health records. Expertise in clinical
skills and compliance with healthcare regulations. Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Current
Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia. BLS/ACLS
certification from the American Heart Association.
