Job Description:

services, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse
(RN) to join our team. In this role, you will be pivotal in
delivering outstanding nursing care to our patients in the comfort
of their own homes. Your expertise in nursing will ensure the
highest standards of care and foster patient recovery, adherence to
treatment plans, and an enhanced quality of life. This position
offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic team environment
where patient-centric care is prioritized. Assess patient
conditions during every visit and chart your observations
Administer medication as prescribed by the patient’s physician
Educate patients and their families on proper home health care
strategies and procedures Coordinate with physicians, specialists,
and other medical professionals to deliver holistic care Manage
wound care, post-operative care, and other nursing responsibilities
Ensure strict adherence to ethics of patient privacy and
confidentiality Proficient in providing patient-centered,
empathetic care Strong observational skills and ability to assess
clinical symptoms Ability to operate medical equipment Highly
organized with effective communication skills Adept in managing
time and maintaining patient records Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current RN license in the state of
practice CPR certification
