work. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and assess patients recovering
from intensive care with complex medical needs. Administer
medications and treatments accurately per physician orders.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and
implement patient care plans. Utilize critical thinking and
clinical judgment to respond to changes in patient conditions.
Educate patients and families on care procedures, medications, and
recovery processes. Maintain detailed documentation of patient
progress and nursing interventions. Qualifications / Desired
Experience: Current and valid RN license. Proven experience in
stepdown or progressive care nursing. Strong assessment skills and
familiarity with advanced monitoring equipment. Ability to work
efficiently in a dynamic, multidisciplinary care environment.
