Maintain strict adherence to sterile techniques and infection control protocols. Utilize critical thinking for quick decision-making during trauma and burn cases. Document patient information accurately in compliance with hospital standards. Qualifications and Desired Experience: Current RN licensure with prior Travel RN experience in Operating Room settings. Strong clinical skills demonstrated by a high rating on skills checklists. Proven experience working with Level 1 trauma patients. Preferred experience with burn patient care. Ability to adapt to varied schedules, including shifts, call, weekends, and holidays.
