Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist Assistant Location
Atlanta, GA Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract
position. Schedule 8-hour day shift, with 36 hours guaranteed and
the expectation of working up to 40 hours per week. Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for
an outpatient orthopedic setting. The candidate should have
experience in outpatient care, and new graduates are not accepted
for this role. The PTA will be responsible for managing a patient
caseload, adhering to productivity expectations, and may float to
other clinics as needed. Responsibilities Provide patient care for
outpatient orthopedic cases. Manage a daily caseload of
approximately 12-14 patients. Participate in double-booking of
follow-up visits as required. Ensure all overtime hours are
approved by the director prior to working. Required Experience /
Certifications / Licensure Experience in outpatient orthopedic
settings is preferred. Valid PTA license in the state of Georgia.
