Job Description SummaryAs a Customer Service Rep II working for
Taylor Morrison you will be responsible for providing excellent
customer service to assist and support the warranty team by
processing warranty data, producing reports, quotations and
contracts in accordance with functional standard operating
procedures.Job DetailsWe trust that as a Customer Service Rep II
you will: (responsibilities)Be proficient in data entry into the
Newstar Warranty SystemConduct Taylor Morrison procedures for home
reviewsDemonstrate the highest level of knowledge and customer
satisfaction as the primary contact for our customers when they
have warranty issuesDemonstrate an understanding of the Taylor
Morrison Warranty Program and Homeowner Maintenance
requirementsProvide a high level of service to our customers and
service representatives using guidelines established in Taylor
Morrison's One-year Warranty ProgramUtilize Build-Pro to assist
superintendents and sub-contractors with information retrievalInput
and dissemination of warranty tickets and home reviews into
Newstar; distribute to appropriate personnel for completionMaintain
office filesManage all escalated customer calls to include
documentation, follow-up, and work to assure closure on every
claimAdminister Taylor Morrison's 10-year Structural Warranty
Program to include claim analysis, follow-up, and work to assure
closure on every claimProvide weekly tracking of all outstanding
warranty work orders to the field and update as requiredProcess
check requests for building permits and prepare permit submittals
and applicationsComplete customer service requests timely and
accuratelyOrder, update and distribute construction related
formsPrepare and submit building permitsYou are willing to perform

About you:High School Graduate and have a minimum of 3 years of
current or recent experience in a customer service related position
with 1-2 years experience in residential constructionExcellent
communication skills and ability to ensure customer
satisfactionComputer skills and ability to adapt to company
systemsPossess time management skillsMust be highly organized and
detail orientedProblem solving abilityAbility to multi-task and
remain focusedFLSA Status: Non-ExemptWill have responsibilities
such as:This position is considered a non-exempt position for
purposes of wage-hour law, which means that you will be required to
keep a time record and will be eligible for overtime pay.Essential
