Description: Order Management Customer Service Associate This
position serves as primary liaison between sales personnel,
customers, procurement, distribution, transportation, and various
departments and functions to investigate, resolve and respond to
issues and questions. Ensures customer orders are processed,
shipped and invoiced. Demands critical thinking abilities to
facilitate resolution to both short term and long term service
issues. At least 5 years experience, proficient in PC skills
(Excel, SAP), Strong Communication skills, Able to multi task,
Supply Chain/Order Management Experience preferred. Please find the

- 2+ years Call center/Customer service into supply chain or
order management industry is mandatory.
- Candidates with previous sales experience is good to have.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel is mandatory.
- SAP is preferred.
- Position is not a typical Call Center but looking for a
candidate who can handle high volume of incoming and outgoing
emails with minimum calls.
- Position is remote however the candidate should be comfortable
