Job Description:
Job Description RemX is looking for courteous Customer Service
for Travel Rewards with experience in the travel industry. We are
currently interviewing and would love to speak with people who are
passionate about providing quality customer service and assisting
customers with booking travel reservations. This is a long-term
position with growth potential and benefits. You may start off as a
contract associate while you complete the needed background and
onboarding for our client then go permanent with them Title: Travel
Advisor Employment Type: Dire Hire - Be permanent after passing all
client onboarding Location: Alpharetta, GA Salary: English $17.50
an hour - Bilingual Spanish/English $18.50 an hour Start Date:
5/16/22, 5/23/22 Schedule: Multiple Shifts Available Mornings,
Mid-Day, Evenings. 1 Weekend Day REQUIRED Training: 6 Weeks - M - F
10:00 AM - 6:00 PM Industry: Travel / Finance / Rewards
Responsibilities: Inbound calls from customers looking to book
travel either using their rewards that have been accumulated or
purchasing travel using their payment card. Assist customers with
changes and cancelling reservations Assist customers with
navigating the customer website/portal, viewing and using their
reward points Assist customers experiencing issues with points
redemption, etc. Requirements: High School Diploma or GED REQUIRED
1 year of travel experience, airlines, hotels, or car rentals
REQUIRED ON RESUME Bilingual Spanish/English is highly preferred An
articulate demeanor and friendly personality are necessary Interest
in travel and/or world history are appreciated, but not required.
