About this Position:
The District Sales Manager is responsible for achieving the sales
goals for the Motorcycle Division in the assigned territory.
Responsibilities include:
Monitor sales, marketing, and competitive conditions in the
district.
Identify new sales opportunities and untapped markets, interview
dealer applicants and assist dealers in attaining short and
long-term sales, profitability, and market share goals.
Service area will be Pennsylvania.
Extensive travel, with possibility of future relocation.
Who we are seeking:
Required Work Experience:
3 to 5 years of experience in wholesale motorcycle sales, retail
motorcycle sales, as well as a demonstrated history of achieving
and exceeding sales objectives.
Proficiency in all MS Office application.
Knowledge of motorcycle product and dealership operations is
mandatory.
Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships using
strong written/oral communications skills.
Required Education:
BA/BS degree in Business or equivalent work-related experience.
