About this Position:--

The Sr. District Sales Manager is responsible for achieving the sales goals and initiatives for the PS&P Division, Power Equipment business segment, in the assigned territory. This position serves the Virginia and Mid-Atlantic areas.

Responsibilities include:

  • Achieve wholesale and retail sales objectives as assigned by company leadership.
  • Monitor sales, marketing, and competitive conditions in the district.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and untapped markets, interview dealer applicants and assist dealers in attaining short and long-term sales, profitability, and market share goals.
    Who we are seeking:

    Required Work Experience:

    • 3 to 5 years of experience in wholesale motorcycle sales, retail motorcycle sales, as well as a demonstrated history of achieving and exceeding sales objectives.
    • A high understanding of Outdoor Power Equipment products.
    • Proficiency in all MS Office application.
    • Knowledge of dealership operations with marketing, advertising, and merchandising.
    • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships using strong written/oral communications skills.
      Required Education:

      • BA/BS degree in Business or equivalent work-related experience.
