Job Description:
A company is looking for a Retail Customer Service
Representative (CSR) to provide customer service and administrative
support.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to client and carrier inquiries via phone or email
Issue certificates of insurance and assist clients with policy
audits or disputes
Maintain accurate data records and manage email correspondence
across various teams
Requirements and Qualifications
High School Diploma
Active Property & Casualty License
2+ years of experience in an Independent Insurance Agency or
administrative support
Broad understanding of Commercial Insurance Policies
Experienced with Microsoft Office Products and agency management
systems
