Job Description:
A company is looking for a Commercial Lines Team Leader.
Key Responsibilities
Provide guidance and support to Commercial Account Managers and
assign daily tasks
Train and coach team members on performance and improvement
opportunities
Support new and renewal business workflows, including client
research and policy reviews
Required Qualifications
2+ years of supervisory experience
5+ years of commercial lines insurance agency/brokerage
experience
2+ years recent experience using AMS360
An active Property and Casualty license
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
