Teamwork! The Membership Director is responsible for managing the
full lifecycle of the club's highly selective sponsor-driven
membership process, from initial referral through onboarding and
continued engagement. This role requires exceptional relationship
management, communication, organization, and data analysis skills,
along with the discretion to uphold the club's standards, culture,
and traditions. The ideal candidate is a service-oriented
professional who partners closely with members, club leadership,
and committees to foster a high-touch, seamless membership
experience that supports the club's tradition of selectivity and
excellence. · Membership Process Management: o Oversee the entire
membership lifecycle and maintain a strong, qualified candidate
pipeline by managing referrals, nominations, applications, vetting,
waitlists, and onboarding—ensuring each phase aligns with
membership caps, category limits, and long-term capacity planning.
o Serve as the primary liaison to prospective members throughout
the nomination and application process, ensuring all required
materials are complete and the process advances smoothly. ·
Candidate Vetting & Member Liaison: o Coordinate all aspects of the
candidate review process, including reference letters, interviews,
committee reviews, and application tracking. o Maintain strict
discretion and professionalism when handling confidential
membership matters. · Onboarding & Member Integration: Design and
lead a comprehensive onboarding program to introduce new members to
the club's culture, expectations, amenities, and community.
Requirements: Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in
Business Administration, Hospitality or Resort Management,
Communications, Public Relations or related field - Minimum five
years' experience in private clubs, associations, or luxury
hospitality - Five - seven years' membership-related professional
experience - Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, including
intermediate Excel skills Preferred Qualifications - Previous
experience with CRM systems such as Jonas, ForeTees, Paylocity,
