experienced and confident Overnight Manager on Duty who thrives in
a leadership role during the hotel's overnight hours. You will
serve as the senior operational leader on-site, ensuring seamless
service delivery, guest satisfaction, and safety. This role demands
a proactive, resourceful professional who can make sound decisions
under pressure while maintaining Loews Hotels' commitment to

operational excellence. What You'll Do : Operational Leadership Act
as the senior leader overseeing hotel operations during the
overnight shift. Ensure all departments deliver consistent,
high-quality service aligned with Loews standards. Monitor and
respond to guest feedback, implementing strategies to enhance
satisfaction and loyalty. Guest Engagement Serve as the primary
point of contact for guest inquiries and concerns overnight. Escort
VIP guests to their rooms and coordinate special requests
throughout their stay. Maintain visibility in guest areas, ensuring
a welcoming and secure environment. Safety & Security Conduct
regular property rounds, inspecting guest areas, F&B outlets,
conference space, and back-of-house spaces. Collaborate with
Security, law enforcement, and medical personnel during
emergencies. Uphold safety protocols and ensure compliance with
hotel policies. Reporting & Communication Prepare detailed shift
reports summarizing operational performance and guest feedback.
Communicate effectively with management and other departments to
ensure continuity of service. Other Responsibilities Attend
mandatory training sessions and meetings as scheduled. Maintain
regular and reliable attendance in accordance with company
standards. Adapt to varying schedules based on business needs.
Handle emergencies with professionalism, ensuring guest and team
member safety. Perform additional duties as assigned to support
hotel operations. Your Qualifications Include : Bachelor's degree
or equivalent work experience required. Minimum two (2) years of
guest service experience in hospitality. At least one (1) year in a
leadership role within guest services. Familiarity with hotel
Property Management Systems (Opera Cloud preferred). Knowledge of
budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis in a hotel setting
preferred. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods; flexible
to work weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts. This Position
