Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the food areas. Assist guests and respond to any questions or concerns Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring attention to special requests and dietary needs. Handle cash, and electronic funds, and process transactions using the point-of-sale system. Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with Fun Spot's quality standards. Maintain all food safety standards set forth by Fun Spot Theme Parks as well as state and local regulations. Handle and process multiple food orders efficiently. Handle cash and process transactions using the point-of-sale system. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the food and beverage services. Manage stock and inventory of food supplies; Restock supplies if necessary. Meet and exceed sales targets and goals by upselling souvenir cups, snacks, and other food & beverage items. Responds to any guest concerns by problem solving and asking for leadership assistance when needed. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the food and beverage areas. Follow all safety and hygiene guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Maintain a professional image at all times. Complete any other duties to assist with the operation of the park. Requirements Qualifications Ability to complete and pass the State Food Safety Certification exam Ability to pass cash handler certification Previous experience in a food and beverage role is preferred but not required. Excellent guest service and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions. Team player with a positive attitude. Compliance with Fun Spot America Theme Park’s drug-free workplace policy, including consent to pre-employment drug testing and adherence to federal, state, and local laws regarding drug and alcohol use. Successfully undergo a comprehensive background check and motor vehicle check when applicable. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry 50lbs.
