As one of the nation's leading private providers in early childhood education, we're committed to delivering the highest-quality child care and educational opportunities for all types of families.The Human Resource Assistant will perform administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of the organizations human resource department.Requirements:

  • 1-3 years prior experience as an HR Assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position.
  • High School Diploma or GED. Working towards an Associate degree or higher.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact and professionalism
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn human resource information system (HRIS), and similar computer applications.Responsibilities:
    • Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
    • Answers frequently asked questions from employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc.; refers more complex questions to appropriate senior-level HR staff or management.
    • Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
    • Provides clerical support to the HR department.
    • Maintains and tracks all FMLA/ADA/AWA records confidentially.
    • Maintains LOA/Seasonal Employee tracking.
    • Updates and processes employees records, separations, and changes in HRIS system.
    • Maintain active not paid report and work with Operation teams to keep HRIS system updated.
    • Act as ADP liaison for all employees.
    • Maintains and updates FAQ for ADP and Procare.
    • Assists with completion of employment/unemployment verifications and requests for separation information.
    • Prepares/coordinates various ad hoc reports, projects, and related support duties assigned.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.Job City: US-GA-Alpharetta
