Responsibilities Include
Develop and implement recruiting plans and strategies designed to fulfill PDI's staffing needs
Create and manage a recruitment pipeline, including active sourcing and inbound application management
Build candidate relationships, serving as primary point of contact throughout interview process to ensure a smooth, streamlined and positive candidate experience
Posting and tracking open requisitions; complete reports on hiring activity
Find potential candidates, screen them and recommend for placement
Manage candidates through the funnel and track data accordingly
Partner with hiring managers to coordinate interview schedules
Create and implement a college recruiting plan, including representing PDI at events
Recommend improvements in policy or process to ensure we remain highly competitive
Assist with the initial onboarding of new team members

Required Skills & Experience
Software industry recruiting experience preferred
Proven track record of filling corporate and the most challenging technical roles
Be adept at understanding where and how to locate candidates
Ability to sort through various data points to identify candidate skills and abilities
Experience utilizing and managing an ATS, JazzHR a plus
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment - impeccable follow-through
Excellent communications skill in both spoken and written form

Educational Qualifications And Pre-Requisites
3 - 5 years of full cycle recruiting experience
Experience with MS Outlook or other scheduling tools
