Our team members thrive in a welcoming atmosphere of diversity, inclusion, and exemplary corporate practices.Summary Supporting our Commercial (B2B) Business Unit, the Senior Human Resources Generalist, serves as the primary consultant to an assigned customer base, focused on providing tactical support. The Sr. HR Generalist provides its customer base with HR Support, including Performance Management, Employee Relations, D&I Support, Employee Engagement, and Policy Interpretation. This position reports to the HRBP.Essential Job Functions: --- Build a consultative relationship with leadership and establish credibility with all levels of management to enable successful implementation of the people/HR agenda --- Participate in program implementation process and job description creation --- Support employee engagement activities and initiatives for designated stakeholder group, focusing on delivering an excellent employee experience --- Advise management team on employment laws and company policies; will advise leaders on how to use process and policy to manage risk and find the optimal solutions for the business --- Create and facilitate presentations on a variety of HR topics to ensure the stakeholders are in adherence with company policies, procedures, programs and state/federal employment laws/regulations --- Identifies training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs; work with TD team to ensure effective development plans are in place --- Management of complex employee relations cases; relating to performance/conduct issues, absence, terminations etc. --- Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day to day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance --- Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed --- Deliver project work aligned to the objectives of the business Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: --- Significant and progressive experience working within a Human Resources function within a fast-paced organization --- Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including performance management, employee relations, organizational development, diversity & inclusion and compensation --- Considerable knowledge of principles and practices of talent management --- Exemplary oral and written communication skills --- Excellent client management/stakeholder management and business literacy skills --- Strong interpersonal skills --- Strong employee relations and investigation experience --- Ability to manage multiple priorities --- Must be comfortable working with ambiguity --- Must be flexible and available to interact with employees at all levels --- Must be self-directed and motivated --- Must possess a customer service vision and a commitment to integrity and responsiveness --- Must possess a collaborative, team player mentalityJob Requirements: --- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field, or equivalent years of experience in lieu of degree. --- PHR or SPHR certification preferred. --- Minimum of 5-7 years HR (or related business) experience encompassing multiple human resource disciplines including employee relations, organizational development and design, talent development, performance management and other generalist responsibilities. --- Prior experience with multi-location/state HR support preferred.(Sr. Human Resources Generalist, Consultant)No agencies pleaseAdditional InformationMarketSource is an Equal Opportunity Employer and will consider all applications without regards to race, sex, age, color, religion, national origin, veteran status, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information or any characteristic protected by law.
