Job Description:
HR Analyst We are seeking for a HR Data Analyst who will support
our HR Administrative, Data & Analytics functions, including but
not limited to maintaining HR data related to compensation, leaves,
policies, process, and procedures. This role will assist with
workday administration, employee documentation, onboarding, data
analytics and reporting. The ideal candidate for this position will
require effective partnership with HR leadership to ensure we
deliver meaningful metrics, trends, key insights, along with
maintaining excellent HR customer service across the board, at all
levels.Core responsibilities:
- Manage and maintenance employee files/records throughout full
employee life cycle using Workday.
- Update items through data entry from workflow request including
new hires, terminations, salary changes, promotions, address
changes and other employee documents including FMLA, LOA, STD,
etc.
- Perform analysis of data to meet the needs of customers (HR,
business leaders, and functional Leaders) and to aid in decision
making.
- Assist managers in creating job requisitions and processing
changes in workday
- Order background checks and generate offer letters.
- Serve as a single-point of contact for candidates during their
post-offer process, with a focus on providing exceptional customer
service to ensure a high quality new hire experience.
- Collaborate across departments to identify opportunities for
process improvement by using data to support ongoing projects
- Keep all leadership Organizational Charts current
- Escalate employee inquiries or systems issues to appropriate
subject matter expert
- Assist with all administrative tasks related to Talent Review,
Annual Performance and Annual merit increase processes
- Assist with initiatives related to internal branding and
wellness
- Other administrative duties as neededRequirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field and/or
equivalent experience is required
- 5 years of experience in HR Processes and Analytics is
required
- Previous experience managing Workday system is highly
preferred
- Experience with People Analytics or Talent Analytics tools is
required
- Experience with analyzing data in MS Excel; MS Excel
formulas
- High proficiency with MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
Outlook
- General understanding of HR business processes and
practices
- Compliance knowledge (multistate), preferred
- Excellent customer services skills
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written, and the
ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong team player with the ability to facilitate team
building, and collaborate with a variety of stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, complex organization and meet
deadlines
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality with
sensitive employee information
- Ability to work independently and be part of a team environment
- Previous experience working at Software Company or M&A
company, is preferred
- Previous experience working in Customer Service roles, is
preferred
- Location: Preferably in Alpharetta, GA. Open to consider
candidates in remote locations within US.
- Travel: Minimum (less than 20%)2021 - EOE/M/D/F/V
