*Administrative & HR Assistant*

AUVESY-MDT is seeking an *Administrative & HR Assistant* for our Corporate Offices in Alpharetta, GA. This role provides administrative support directly to the President - Americas and assists the Human Resources Business Partner on a variety of initiatives and directives that maximize organizational effectiveness and performance.


We are the global market leader in version control within automated production environments for major companies such as Tesla, 3M, Chrysler, Nestle Purina, Johnson and Johnson, Coca Cola and many more. * Manage day-to-day matters including but not limited to preparing and coordinating communications, complex calendar management, meeting logistics for internal and external appointments, travel arrangements, facilitating changes to daily events as necessary, tracking and helping drive completion of key deliverables and following up on outstanding items
* Coordinate logistics for events and meetings, including necessary reservations
* Manage and execute travel and expense processing for executives.
* Support human resources recruitment efforts (ensure open positions are posted online in a timely manner, coordinate applicant processing and tracking, ensure all appropriate assessments, background checks, drug screens, etc. are completed)
* Assist and collaborate with payroll, handle employment verification responses, digitize all paper employee files, and help maintain employee records within the HR platform ensuring accuracy and timely maintenance of information
* Welcome new employees to the company by conducting orientation and providing onboarding support
* Provide general HR administrative support as needed
* Help to shape the corporate culture and define expectations in a manner that is consistent with the company's mission, vision, values, and objectives
* Develop, recommend, implement, and drive initiatives to enhance employee experience to drive business results (such as staff meeting agendas, all-hands meetings...)
* Proactively build relationships with employees, clients, and vendor partners, gaining
trust and establishing credibility

* Associate degree in Business or related field preferred
* 2+ years Human Resources and Office Management experience preferred
* Tech savvy; highly proficient at Microsoft office and calendar management
* Team player with flexibility to accommodate different personalities and work styles as well as confidence to manage interactions and expectations at all levels of the organization
* Ability to prioritize while handling multiple time-sensitive projects
* Passion for people, team building, and culture
* Outstanding organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
* Self-starter who works well without constant supervision
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion, and deal with professionals inside and outside the company
* Ability to adapt to an everchanging workflow, including but not limited to leading ad hoc projects

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
