The Director, HR Data & Analytics will be responsible for
designing, implementing, and managing a team of analysts to provide
accurate and timely reporting solutions, strategic analysis of
workforce data, and consultative insights which drive informed and
timely business decisions. Will function as the lead and expert for
HR analytics and HR Data Governance. This role needs to be able to
flex between strategic vision, analytic expertise, and operational
management. Frequent interactions with senior HR leaders, HR
Business Partners, Corporate Data Governance teams, and HR Centers
of Excellence members are required. We are looking for candidates
with experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Predictive Models on topics like Attrition, Quality of Hire,
High-Performance Modeling, Pay Equity, Diversity , and
Inclusion
- HRIS and People Analytics Technologies
- HR Data Standards & Governance
- People Analytics Strategy and Implementation
- Strategic Workforce Planning and the Future of Work
Responsibilities:
- Partners with HR Business Partners and critical stakeholders to
effectively plan for workforce needs and provide underlying
analytics to predict workforce trends
- Evaluating the HR analytics current state includes structure,
staffing, HR technology, process evaluation, data management,
standards, frameworks, methodology , etc.
- Builds a foundation of analytical capabilities throughout the
HR organization and trains others in advanced analytic methods as
needed
- Designs and implements the analytics frameworks and strategy
roadmaps for clients (strategy/ structure/ staffing/ capabilities/
technology)
- Researches best practices and trends and performs deep research
and statistical analysis on long-range strategic HR and talent
effectiveness and competitiveness questions
- Identifies baseline metrics for the design and development of
accurate dashboards, reports, and presentations used to educate,
inform, and influence business decisions, thought leadership , and
support strategic objectives of the organization .
- Uses appropriate external benchmarks for workforce metrics and
key performance indicators linked to business results, identifies
risks and insights and develops recommendations .
- Leverages external data sources to bring new and creative
insights to the workforce planning processes and understands
patterns and connections within human capital data across
functional disciplines to influence business outcomes
- Streamlines and simplifies data ask relevant to business
drivers and executes robust reporting capabilities that tie to
strategic priorities, decision-making , and direction
- Operate seamlessly in an offshore-onshore construct while
establishing cross-functional collaboration in partnership with our
support functions (Technology support, AI/ML support, Enterprise
Data, Privacy, etc.) coming together for common goals and projects.

looking for...
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required, MBA or
Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics,
Business, I/O Psychology, or related field preferred
- 8+ years of relevant work experience with at least 4+ years of
experience working with People and Business data, connecting the
dots , and generating meaningful insights for decision making
- Previous experience in consulting is preferred but not a
necessity
- Acumen to solve business problems and ability to work with
limited supervision
- Working knowledge of HR technology solutions not limited to
Workday, People Soft, SAP and exposure to business intelligence
tools, data mining
- Knowledge of data governance practices, GDPR and other
data-related government regulatory requirements, business and
technology issues related to the management of enterprise
information assets , and approaches related to data protection
- Experience in generating meaningful dashboards, and analytics
reports, developing purposeful insights , and discussing them with
HR and Business stakeholders
- Ability to visualize data and create meaningful visuals to
support the problem hypothesis
- Experience identifying and translating business issues into
questions that can be answered with data
- The ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively in a
fast-paced environment is essential
- Demonstrated learning agility, curiosity about data and
information, and successful root cause analysis
- Passion for using data to uncover insights and drive business
performance and a clear understanding of HR data impacts across
various business processes and systems
- knowledge of statistical tools (e.g., SAS, R) for hypothesis
testing and data mining analyses (e.g., multivariate regression and
categorical, factor analysis, survival analysis)
- Experience working on Tableau or other similar data
visualization tools
- Some experience with qualitative research, design , and
analysis of surveys
- Customer orientation with consultative skills-identifying needs
and defining solutions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience
in data visualization; able to translate research findings for a
general business audience
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented ; able to ensure
