Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Human Resources to
oversee HR strategies and support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute human capital plans in collaboration with
business leaders
Provide strategic direction and leadership to a team of HR Business
Partners
Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations while managing
complex employee relations issues
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in HR or a related field
8+ years of progressive Human Resource leadership experience
3+ years of supervisory experience preferred
Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
HR Certification (SPHR, PHR, SHRM-SCP, SHRM-CP) is strongly
preferred
