Job Description Job Description We are looking for an Onboarding
Specialist to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia. In this long-term
contract position, you will play a key role in ensuring new
employees have a seamless and positive experience as they integrate
into the company. This role requires a proactive approach to
delivering effective onboarding sessions and fostering an inclusive
environment where new hires can succeed. Responsibilities: • Plan
and facilitate onboarding sessions that introduce company values,
culture, and operational procedures. • Collaborate with HR, IT, and
department leaders to ensure new employees have necessary
resources, access, and training. • Manage onboarding tasks such as
document organization, data entry for new hires, and compliance
with company policies. • Create and maintain digital materials for
onboarding, including webinars and workshops. • Gather and analyze
feedback from new employees to improve onboarding processes. •
Ensure all documentation and policies are adhered to in compliance
with legal and company standards. • Promote a welcoming atmosphere
that encourages new hires to feel supported and empowered.•
Proficiency in handling legal forms and documentation. • Experience
conducting background checks and managing related processes. •
Strong expertise in Human Resources administration and onboarding
practices. • Ability to draft and manage legal correspondence
effectively. • Knowledge of benefit functions and related
administrative tasks. • Excellent organizational and communication
skills. • Familiarity with digital tools for onboarding and
training delivery.
