SAP SD AMS Support SME Alpharetta, GA 20 Months CLIENT BUSINESS PROBLEM TO SOLVE SAP Application Traditional AMS Services in SD Module. Preferred to have Vistex experience. Ticketing Support for SD AMS across - Incidents. - Service Requests. Enhancement Lifecycle Support for - Conceptualization. - Estimation - Design. - Development. - Testing . - Deployment. - Periodic Activities Support for Business Across. - Period Closures. - Maintenance Activities. Functional (BPC Netweaver, CRM, ECC - ECCS, Planning, eCommerce, Hybris, Financial Accounting, Plant Maintenance, Manufacturing Execution, New GLMaterial Ledger, Program Management, Quality Management, Supply Chain Management, PIPO, HCM) Functional Consultant-SAP-SCM Supply Chain Mgmt-Sales and Distribution. Day to Day Job Responsibilities Provision 'ticket' resolution support for L2 L3 tickets across incidents and service requests. Manage resolution of tickets across the lifecycle of reception, acknowledgment, clarification, resolution, testing, and go-live as applicable. Ad-Hoc request based assistance to business end-users performs business activities in the SAP SD module. Conceptualize, Design, and Develop L3 ticket solutions in SAP SD environment. Manage coordination with the Offshore SD team. Basic Qualifications 6 Years of AMS support experience in SAP SD. Preferred knowledge and experience of support provisioning in Vistex for Taxation.
