Our insights, our applications and infrastructure give a competitive edge to clients' businesses-and to our own.Morgan Stanley (E*TRADE) Enterprise Technology Services (ETS) is looking for a dynamic, self-motivated Project Manager with Technology Risk and Infrastructure experience to join our PMO team in Alpharetta, GA. ETS delivers firm-wide services and platforms including network infrastructure, core computing, storage, and application infrastructure. This position will support our Program Management Office (PMO) specifically targeted at our multiple Technology Risk initiatives. With the recent acquisition of E*TRADE by Morgan Stanley this position will play a key role in our multi-year merger integration program activities. The Project Manager is responsible for supporting our project and portfolio management practices across the organization, including metrics, analysis, and helping to create standardized reporting. Responsibilities: * Maintain and monitor project plans, project schedules, and work hours * Chair, facilitate, organize, attend, and drive outcome-based stakeholder meetings * Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings * Understand project deliverables * Develop and track meaningful metrics for multiple projects * Standardize reporting processes and metrics across the portfolio * Summarize project status for multiple projects * Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings and regular status reports * Provide administrative and reporting functions (JIRA, Confluence) * Ambitious self-starter who possesses an interest in technology and project management * Proven interpersonal skills in the areas of communications, planning, and multi-tasking * 5-7 years of experience in Project Management * Experience managing Infrastructure and/or Technology Risk projects * A core focus on providing great service across our stakeholder groups * Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills * Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team * Competency in the Microsoft Office Suite * Ability to work on tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment * Experience with JIRA and Confluence a plus * Concentration in Project Management is a plus * PMP certification or currently underway is a plus * Scrum Master certification or currently underway is a plus**Job:** **Management* **Title:** *Project Manager - Technology Infrastructure / Risk* **Location:** *Georgia-Alpharetta* **Requisition ID:** *3189332*
