This professional will deliver business solutions based on Microsoft's Power Platform and Azure technologies. We are seeking a talented, results oriented, critical thinker to join our solutions team. We work collaboratively with stakeholders from initiation through development and post-production.The Developer will participate in all activities of solution development including customer-facing requirements and solution definition, solution configuration and development, testing, and production support. The Developer must have relevant technical experience and iParametrics will provide on the job and formal training. You will develop your skills and expand your technical knowledge by making tangible contributions to active projects and by completing online training courses.Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with team members, customers, our development partner, and internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support requirements gathering sessions and develop detailed technical requirements.
  • Develop business solutions using many components of Microsoft 365 and Azure.
  • The primary emphasis and initial focus of responsibilities will be on solutions that leverage Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Azure SQL.
  • This position will also have the opportunity to support our solutions based on Nintex Workflow Cloud and SharePoint Online.
  • Lead and execute system/integration testing and user acceptance testing.
  • Plan and implement customer deployments and deliver end user training.
  • Provide post-production support including the implementation of fixes and enhancements.
  • Provide status reports (risks/issues, deliverables, and completed and anticipated activities).
  • Ensure project excellence by exhibiting professionalism, effective communication, critical thinking, and quality workmanship.
  • Seek out opportunities for professional skills development through online training, seminars, webinars, self-study, etc.
  • Acquire new technical knowledge and professional skills to enrich the company's overall technical competencies. This includes relevant Microsoft solution technologies (e.g., Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Nintex, etc.) and related 3rd party products.
  • Achieve certifications in related areas.Qualifications (Technical)Required:
    • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or relevant field from an accredited university
    • Minimum of five years of experience with Power Apps and Power Automate
    • Agile/Scrum software development
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and TeamsDesired:
      • Power BI
      • Azure SQL
      • Nintex Workflow Cloud
      • .Net, HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, XML, and Web Services
      • Visual Studio, VS Code, Node.js, ReactJS, Angular, or similar technologies; REST API, JSON, or similar technologies.Qualifications (Non-technical)Required:
        • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an external customer-facing role, working with multiple customers simultaneously.
        • Ability to work in a small team environment.
        • Critical thinking skills and the ability to analyze and solve problems.
        • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
        • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
