Our client is a leading architectural firm that is looking to
add an experienced desktop support individual to their IT group.
The focus of this role will mainly be for desktop and software
support. In addition to support they are looking at this role to
offer leadership to more junior technicians. This position is for a
highly motivated and customer service-oriented individual looking
to gain experience and grow their career in Information Technology.
This is a full-time position that will require occasionally
supporting user' s after hours.
6 Month Temp to Perm
Operating Systems & Applications Used:
Microsoft Windows 7 64bit+
Microsoft Office 2010+
Adobe Products (Acrobat, Indesign, Photoshop)
Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, AutoCAD Architecture, 3DSMax Design,
Job Duties will include:
Daily support for local and remote users using our Manage Engine
Assist in the development and maintenance of IT systems and
Provide technical support and expertise in analyzing, identifying
and resolving problems
Resolve hardware (desktops, printers, plotters) and software
Setting up workstations and laptops
Supporting Apple mobile devices
Assisting in asset inventory
Creating procedural documentation when necessary
Assist in the management of digital printing and plotting issues
when they occur
Help with departmental moves within the office (laptop/workstation
Other duties as assigned
5 Plus years in a desktop support role
Associates Degree (Bachelor' s degree preferred)
Previous experience support CAD or REVIT
